(AP) Penn National Gaming Inc. (PENN) on Thursday reported fourth-quarter net income of $11.1 million, after reporting a loss in the same period a year earlier. Penn National Gaming shares have climbed 26% since the beginning of the year. The stock has more than tripled in the last 12 months. In trading Thursday, Penn National shares are up 5.4% to $115. The shares of Penn National Gaming have more than doubled since February highs primarily due to the strong success of its Barstool Sportsbook App, which has become the most downloaded sports. Penn National Gaming Reports Fourth Quarter Revenues of $1.03 Billion, Net Income of $12.7 Million, Adjusted EBITDAR of $365.4 Million, and Adjusted EBITDA of $255.9 Million Penn National Gaming, Inc. (NASDAQ: PENN) (“Penn National” or the “Company”) today reported financial results for the three months and year ended December 31, 2020.
